Anniversary Update
After a lot of consideration and internal discussions, we’ve decided to postpone the anniversary edition.
The current funding situation is still uncertain, and a project of this scale needs a solid and reliable financial foundation to be done properly. Since it’s not yet clear if we can secure the full budget as originally planned, we believe it’s the smarter and more responsible decision to move the anniversary to 2027 and give it the preparation time it truly deserves.
Of course, we regret having to delay the big celebration. At the same time, we’re confident that this decision will ultimately lead to a stronger and more meaningful event. Rather than risking an underfunded or compromised edition, we want to make sure the anniversary reflects the full spirit, quality and international character of the project.
That said, we’re not staying quiet this year.
We will still come together at the Schlachthof for an Aftermath, painting numerous walls around the area and celebrating the culture the way we always do. Alongside the painting sessions, we’re also putting together a program with panel talks, presentations and discussions focusing on hip-hop culture, graffiti history and the future of the movement.
At the moment we are in the middle of organizing and preparing the event, including securing the necessary infrastructure such as scaffolding and rolling scaffolds. We are also working on clarifying the accommodation situation as soon as possible so that we can properly host and take care of our guests.
So while the full anniversary will take place in 2027, we’re looking forward to connecting, painting and exchanging ideas together this year.

WALL STREET ANNIVERSARY 2027!
This special edition unites the original Wall Street pioneers, international MOS organisers, and some of the most influential artists from around the world for four unforgettable days dedicated to art, exchange, and urban culture.
The programme features a film screening at the Murnau Foundation honouring the 20th anniversary of the cult classic “Whole Train”, alongside symposia and exhibitions exploring the roots, evolution, and worldwide impact of the movement.
During the festival, the facades of the Concert Hall, Kreativfabrik, and the Department of Sports will be completely scaffolded and transformed into monumental canvases — turning the Schlachthof into a living, breathing open-air museum of contemporary urban art.
A celebration of creativity, community, and 30 years of artistic rebellion — where it all began.
