This October, Meeting of Styles returns to Mexico for gatherings dedicated to what has always sustained graffiti culture: shared walls, exchanged knowledge, independent voices and connections across borders. Under the global theme โTogetherness,โ MOS Mexico 2026 invites the international graffiti and street art community to meet, paint and collaborate with one of the most dynamic scenes in the Americas. The theme reflects the reality behind every major production: individual styles remain distinct, but the wall is completed through communication, trust and mutual respect.
Meeting of Styles did not introduce graffiti to Mexico. It entered a culture already creating its own history, with its own crews, codes and visual languages. Since the first Mexican edition in Mexicali in 2004, the event has grown into one of the longest-running chapters of the international MOS network.ย Over more than two decades, MOS Mexico has connected local writers with artists from around the world. Its productions have appeared in border cities, metropolitan areas, neighbourhoods, historic centres, tunnels and coastal regions.
Editions have taken place in cities including Guadalajara, Mexico City, Nezahualcรณyotl, Monterrey, Playa del Carmen, Durango, Leรณn and San Luis Potosรญ.
This movement between places is central to the eventโs meaning. MOS Mexico exists both within local communities and as part of a global network. It brings together different generations, techniques and traditions without reducing them to one unified aesthetic. Local identity remains visible, while new connections emerge through collective work.
Mexico has played an important role in shaping Meeting of Styles in the Americas. Its editions demonstrate that international exchange does not require cultural standardisation. A meaningful meeting begins when visiting artists arrive ready to listen as well as paint, and when local writers, crews and organisers are recognised as the people who give each edition its identity.

In 2026, new chapters will be added to this history.ย Across three weekends in October, walls will become meeting points between cities and countries, generations and techniques, individual names and collective visions. More cities, venues, participating artists and further information will be announced through the official Meeting of Styles channels.
Come for the walls. Bring your style. Leave with new connections.
Togetherness is how the culture continues.
