But due to the London-riots having consulted with the venue owners, police, and local authorities it is felt that it would be irresponsible to go ahead with a public event in the light of these disturbances.

It’s obviously the last outcome we would want but our first priority has to be the safety of all involved. We were forced to postpone the original date due to public order concerns in the wake of the London riots, but we’re back with an even bigger and better event.

Featuring over 50 of Europe’s best graffiti artists, this independent event provides a unique platform for expression, raising awareness and demonstrating the incredible talent of this generation of contemporary artists. Ask someone what they think of graffiti and most people will decry the ‘tagging’ that has become ubiquitous in every city in the world. Meeting of Styles aims to radically alter your opinion of what graffiti is and can be. Not just a meet up for the aerosol art community, it’s a chance for the public to see and appreciate a creative process that is so often clandestine.

ALL DAY GRAFFITI BLOCK PARTY
Aerosol art, by it’s very nature, doesn’t live comfortably in gallery spaces or alongside corporate sponsorship, as such Meeting of Styles is curated by and for the artists. A free event, it’s not run for profit and we only work with like-minded sponsors. This independence means the artists involved aren’t beholden to anyone’s agendas or subject to any form of censorship.

Now in it’s fourth year, Meeting of Styles is family friendly and full of good vibes. Aside from the chance to see a veritable army of talented artists painting live, there’ll be a cinema room, licensed bars, competitions, and cult carnivores – Meat Easy, providing the BBQ. DJs and MCs keep things rocking outside in the daytime whilst the likes of Lazy Habits, Phi Life Cypher, Joe Driscoll, and Wrongtom finish off the day inside at our after-party. It’s set to be an unmissable day out, we can’t wait to see you there.

This dude has been rocking some seriously badass characters and has some gangster wildstyle skills. We are looking forward to seeing what he can pull off. The competition is hotting up and everything is getting very painful.

ASTRO

The French Style wizard brings some incredible funk to British shores this summer. His immaculate letterforms and progressive styles have brought colour to countless Parisian walls. Not content with smashing concrete he has pioneered cello graff – painting on cellophane with his buddy kanos. Very Very Dope!
Endtroducing : Ghetto Farceur

Ghetto Farceur : Rems, Bims, Fan, Sarin

These guys are the future of graffiti. We were lucky enough to host a couple of these guys at last years Meeting of Styles and they blew up the wall with London’s Bonzai. We couldn’t leave them alone so we have enlisted more of the crew to take down a monster wall at this years event. Expect big things from these tiny French guys.
