Saloniki is a very nice and old city with a great vibe and many many nice clubs, bars and girlies. Most of the artists have come to Saloniki friday during the day.

The ultimate place to meet was the wellknown Live2Store in the city-center. This was our first point of approach. The Meeting started fridayevening with an opening-party at this special boulevard right next to the beach, where all these funky bars are located

It was hard to keep sane, once you are at this boulevard. One bar to the next one, all crowded with very very funky woman. So we came to this bar where the official opening of the MOS happened at. The bulgarians, croatians and some germany have already been there, beside of greek writers from all over. Drank a couple of beers, the party got in motion. Old-school-Raps and tunes animated breakers to show their skills right in front of the bar. After they have lost liters of body-liquid, suddenly two table-dancers stepped upon the bar-table and caused the flow of even more body-liquid, mostly of the male guests

The wall had already been primed and the concept being made. Huge greek letters saying Meeting Of Styles Thessaloniki as a silhouette in the length of approx 300m. After the first lines for this massive letters were done writers snacthed their spots and started to rock the wall. It hasnt been not only the woman who made this day hot, but also the sun as well as all the activists who came to show up. Later in the evening breakers were rocking the floor while BMX-guys and Skaters were rocking the pipe. Several TV and radio-stations came along making reports and interviews, beside of the Indesit-contest where writers could win one of the fridges with the most funky drawing, Eastpak-bags could be won in a lottery. In the evening a show of Redmouth beatboxing and Salonikis most famous rap-crew made the Jam just perfect.

Spot: The place of the venue was located next to a shopping centre area, with supermarkets, movies, furniture stores, fast food places, and music stores located on the way fromthe airport to the city-center. All bus-lines have their final stop next to the mall. It is well reachable by several bus-lines.

To Φεστιβάλ (MeetingofStyles) γυρνά πάλι στην χώρα που γέννησε την Δημοκρατία. Τον τελευταίο χρόνο ξεκίνησε αυτό που θα συνεχιζόταν φέτος ακόμα μεγαλύτερο και πιο διεθνή. Η Θεσσαλονίκη είναι μία πολύ ωραία και παλιά πόλη με θετική ενέργεια.

Το μέρος συνάντησης βρίσκεται μέσα στο σύμπλεγμα εμπορικών καταστημάτων ΙΚΕΑ όπως supermarket, σινεμά, κατάστημα επίπλων, εστιατόρια, κατάστημα αθλητικών ειδών, cafe-bar, δισκοπωλείο, χώροι bowlingκαι cart. Το σύμπλεγμα αυτών των καταστημάτων βρίσκεται στον δρόμο του αεροδρόμιου προς το κέντρο της πόλης.

Αρκετές γραμμές λεωφορείων πηγαίνουν στο χώρο του εμπορικού κέντρου. Απο το κέντρο προς το χώρο του Φεστιβάλ πηγαίνουν τα λεωφορεία 2,3,8.
Περίπου 65 Graffiti-καλλιτέχνες από την Ελλάδα και την Ευρώπη είναι καλεσμένοι.
Την Παρασκευή 13 Μαϊου θα γίνει το εναρκτήριο πάρτυ στο παραλιακό cafe-bar?Serata?, στην παραλία της Καλαμαρίας (Ν. Πλαστήρα 15 ? Κρήνη) .
Το Σάββατο 14 Μαϊου είναι η κυρίως μέρα. Θα στηθεί μουσική σκηνή (stage) και θα παίξουν μουσική γνωστοί Dj?sκαι γνωστά συγκροτήματα της ελληνικής HipHopσκηνής. Πιθανόν να υπάρξει και ειδική σκηνή για break-dance. Επίσης ράμπες για skateκαι bmxθα είναι διαθέσιμες προς το κοινό. Την Κυριακή 15 Μαϊου θα ολοκληρωθεί σε χαλαρούς ρυθμούς το κεντρικό μέρος του Φεστιβάλ που είναι το Graffitiκαι θα υπάρξει η δυνατότητα ανταλλαγής απόψεων και γνωριμίας με τους καλλιτέχνες.
