After more than 25 years of building we have now turned MOS from an informal organisation into a registered non-profit organisation under german law with a constitution and members. This official structure is opening doors for more and better opportunities and makes MOS more accessable for artists from all over the world.
The associations purpose is selfless and unselfish, it does not aim to generate profits or surpluses. We are aware of the fact that some artists expect us to offer our work and services for free, but unfortunately MOS has grown so big that it is time to give a formal structure. All artists registering a profile in order to apply for participation are now becoming a member of the association. Don´t worry, the membership don´t come with any responsibilities or duties beside of supporting us with an annual membership fee. This fees will be primarily used to cover the webservices necessary to maintain and to develop the website. Any surpluses that arise will be used for statutory purposes for example to help MOS events tight in budget (such as covering costs for materials, infrasctucture, accomodation etc). This way by your help MOS eventually becomes its own sponsor in the future.
Purposes of the association:
– promotion of urban arts, cultures and youth welfare
– international youth and artist encounters and exchanges
– cooperation of artists and organizations in the field of art and culture
– organization and implementation of corresponding projects and festivals
It is implemented through:
– beautification projects involving artists, teenagers, young adults
– national and international artist encounters and exchanges
– creation and maintenance of an internet platform to promote worldwide networking and exchange
– international cooperation between artists and organizations in the field of art and culture
– workshops in the areas of dance, music and art
MOS now is a registered non-profit organisation under german law with a constitution

– First call for artists opening february
– Artists applying for participation register a profile and become a supporting member
– Membership fee is 10€ annually
– Memberships are limited for a year and expire automatically if not renewed
The brandnew association now puts MOS on a solid basis as our supporting members enable us to provide a platform for international exchange and networking. Support MOS and help us building, so we become more independent from cooperate sponsorships and public funds and eventually, one day becomeits own sponsor because of your support!
