For two luminous weeks, Wiesbaden becomes a living canvas. More than 150 local, regional, national, and international artists come together to breathe new life into the city’s walls, blending vision, exchange, and collective energy.
The journey begins with the Meeting of Styles in Kastel, followed by the MOS Aftermath at the historic Schlachthof grounds, including the 20th anniversary screening of the cult graffiti film “Wholetrain” and a special Aftermath program running from 17 to 21 June.
This curated mix of talks, screenings, and art in process creates vibrant bridges. The festival will transform, a 3,500 m² underpass within just three to four days, 100 artists from more than 20 countries creating monumental and freely accessible public artwork.
Beyond the paint, the festival thrives on breakdance, live shows, food stands, bars, and vendors at the Brückenkopf spot.

An important part of Meeting of Styles happens long before the first spray can touches the wall: the Wiesbadener Jugendwerkstatt prepares the wall surfaces for the participating artists, based on the individual color concepts developed for each mural.
This essential groundwork helps turn creative visions into reality. As in previous years, CAN Gerüstbau once again supports the festival with the scaffolding required for the walls, making the work easier for the Jugendwerkstatt and helping provide the conditions needed for these large-scale artworks to come to life.

One week later, the MOS Aftermath unfolds at Schlachthof, offering a deeper look into the culture beyond the walls. Expect film screenings, panel talks, and works in progress, where visitors can experience the creative journey up close and engage directly with artists and organisers.
17 June 2026 – “Wholetrain” – 20 Years, Film Screening and Panel Talk
Join us for a very special evening as we celebrate 20 years of “Wholetrain”, one of the most iconic graffiti films of its time. The anniversary screening takes place at the Murnau Cinema, right next to Schlachthof, bringing the energy of graffiti from the wall to the big screen.
What makes this event truly special is the chance to experience Wholetrain beyond the film itself. Director Florian Gaag and graffiti artists connected to the movie will be there in person for Q&A, sharing stories, memories, and insights from behind the scenes.
And the experience does not end when the credits roll. As part of the MOS Aftermath, some of the original writers from the film will also paint a wall at Schlachthof, creating a live connection between cinema, graffiti history, and today’s scene.
Whether you grew up with Wholetrain or are discovering it for the first time, this is a rare chance to be part of an evening where film, graffiti, and real people from the culture come together in one place.
