Peru get ready! For the first time up in the sky close to the Andes MOS visits Lima, capital and largest city of Peru, located in valleys on a desert coast overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Together with the seaport of Callao, it forms a contiguous urban area known as the Lima Metropolitan Areawith a populationof 9 million it forms the fifth largest city in Latin America, behind Mexico City, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro.
Lima was founded by Spanish conquistador 1535, as La Ciudad de los Reyes, or “The City of Kings.” Following the Peruvian War of Independence, it became the capital of the Republic of Peru.
Almost 500 years after its foundation Lima for the first time since its existence joins the Int. Meeting Of Styles, coming through with a nice spot and interesting line-up as south-american Graf-scene is strong, vivid and ambitious.
Sinormas by the support of the minicpality arranged nice painting-space spread among several walls containing hundreds of squaremeters to paint….
