Superflinda is a multidisciplinary artist, illustrator and graphic designer with a passion for all things retro. Her work is a celebration of bold graphic forms, evocative lettering, and vibrant colour contrasts. Superflinda creates nostalgic, joy-filled works that are sure to bring a smile to the viewer’s face, and often evoke sweet memories of a bygone era. Her background in hip-hop culture (a bgirl, music lover & an aspiring DJ) can also be seen in her work which is reflecting a rhythmic energy and a street-inspired authenticity.

Her techniques are as diverse as his inspirations—ranging from rollers and spray paints to brushes & traditional sign painting. In recent years, Superflinda’s creative energy has increasingly shifted towards large-scale street art and installations. All her murals are painted with purpose.
