Sungre

We are and italian duo, Noemi and Gianfranco, aka Sungre. We have been academically trained in painting and sculpture and for several years we have been working in the field of street art in Italy and Europe.We have participated in several festivals such as the Vision Art Festival in Switzerland, the Meeting of Styles in Parma and Calabria, the street art biennial in Rome, we have collaborated with associations Public cultural and environmental, with private individuals, we have created works for Italian directors and actors such as Sergio Rubini, for the national entity Enel and for historic buildings. But the activity extends to beyond the public, also with paintings on canvas and sculptures that see us as protagonists of various exhibitions and winners of artistic prizes. Recent experiences include work near Cagliari, in Sardinia, and in Rome’s Castelli district. Our style aims to merge figurative art with the most contemporary aspects of experimental and abstract reworking of reality. We want to use the medium of aesthetic beauty of works to convey messages that can raise popular awareness: we believe that artistic beauty alone can be enjoyed every day on the street, like open-air galleries, greatly improves the quality of life.
