STEP (Hammouche Noufel) is a 23-year-old graffiti artist and architecture student from Algiers. Active from a young age, graffiti became my first language of expression and a way to understand the city beyond its surface. my work moves between abandoned spaces, vibrant street interventions, and cross-cultural exchanges, blending raw urban energy with spatial awareness shaped by architectural studies.

Through color, lettering and context-driven murals, I try to explore identity, territory, and the dialogue between structure and spontaneity. my practice connects street culture with architectural thinking, transforming walls into narratives of place and movement.
