Sniffo

Born in Campinas – SP, Brazil, the street artist Sniffo started to be interested and practice graffiti in 2004. Graffiti thus became a part of his life and an object of study, rather from 2009 onwards when his works took more consistency in the streets, where he started to legitimize himself by concretizing and deepening his studies.

After graduating in Chemistry in the Universidade do Estado de São Paulo – UNESP, Sniffo started working exclusively as a street artist in the cities of Campinas and Araraquara – São Paulo from 2012. Currently, he is doing his Master in Plastic Arts at the Université Paul Valéry Montpellier 3 in France. Besides the courses in Brazil, Sniffo has international experiences in England and especially in France, where he has been living for 3 years.

The works of street artist Sniffo are mainly composed of portraits of people. They aim to save the identity of socially excluded people. Technically, the works are made with acrylic paints and rollers in order to explore the textures on the to explore the textures on the different supports used. In addition to being an artist, he also carries out urban art projects and street art workshops.
