Tomás Richter, known as SENHOR (born in 1996), is a visual artist driven by creative expression. Over the past six years, he has completed more than 30 artistic projects, frequently collaborating with other creators. His artistic journey spans urban art, illustration, animation, graphic design, and set design, drawing inspiration from the beauty of nature, underground culture, and the world of comics.
He holds a degree in Set Design from ESTC and has training in Graphic Design from World Academy and Escola Artística António Arroio, developing a career marked by dedication and organization. In 2020, he co-founded the XIX collective, which published two physical works and organized a cultural event at Núcleo 70.
In December 2023, he joined the puppet team of COLA Sets & FX for the opera “It’s Not Over Until The Soprano Dies”, produced by Mala Voadora and premiered at Teatro São Luiz.
As a set designer and prop maker, he contributed to the film “Sequential”, directed by Bruno Caetano and produced by COLA Animation. He also collaborated on the Nous/Nous 23 project with the play Iphigenia, directed by Claudia Stavisky, which was staged in several cities.
In 2023, he designed the sets for Richie Campbell’s animated music video. In 2022, he curated two art events at Núcleo 70. In 2019, he led a street art workshop supported by Fundação Inatel at FMM Sines.
Among his four urban art interventions, one of the highlights is a 60-meter mural created at Boom Festival 2023.
