PEON

Aloha! im PEON located on the island of O’ahu in Hawai’i. Born in Riverside, California 1980 and took an interest in the graffiti letters and character on rave flyers in middle school along with gang tags all over. after living in Duarte, California moved to Hawai’i in 1993. still drew graffiti and tagged with sharpies around. It wasnt till i decided to quit art and just work in 2003 when i found a new group of friends that opened my eyes to what graffiti and being in a crew really meant. i quickly got arrested for tagging in the day right before work. i had not even picked up a spray can yet and now im 23 years old committing crimes. i had to decide if i was gonna go all out or quit and here i am today still at it so i guess its for life 😉
