Hadrien Bluchet is a mural artist originally from Alsace. Shaped by urban culture and graffiti, he began his career in 2010 with the MTO collective, creating numerous murals in the industrial and port areas of Strasbourg.
In 2015, he moved to Corsica to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at the University of Corte. There, he developed a practice blending landscapes, portraits, and murals inspired by local legends and history, which were presented in two scenographed exhibitions in 2016 and 2017.
Based in Toulouse since 2018, he has refined his studio practice by drawing inspiration from classical and academic painting, revisiting these traditions through contemporary scenes filled with mystery and poetry. His master’s thesis on the impact of digital media on contemporary painting influences his compositions, where digital motifs and figurative imagery meet.
Today, Hadrien Bluchet develops his projects both as a solo artist and as a duo with Simon Michel within the collective Les Braves Gens, which originated in Alsace.
