B:K

B:K, pseudonym of Oriol Garreta, is a 24-year-old urban artist (born in 1999) from the
Catalan Pyrenees. He started painting murals in 2018, self-taught and combining it with his
university studies in animation and visual effects in Barcelona. Thanks to his diversity of
styles and his desire to continue exploring, he has painted for different urban art festivals in
the country, town halls and associations. In the creation of his works, he usually
uses sprays, plastic paint or a mixture of both, giving him a range of textures and finishes.
The main theme of his works is surrealism into real life, celestial moments of real life.
This 2023 I’m developping a new style that I haven’t seen yet in any artist, painting as spray
waves, and it seems like oil painting but in spraypaint.
