Urban artist, model, performing artist, dancer, performance artist, choreographer, teacher, and cultural manager. Graduated from the National School of Classical and Contemporary Dance at the National Center for the Arts (CENART) (1993-2001). She began painting graffiti in mid-1996, considered a pioneer in Mexican female graffiti, participating in the first women’s exhibition held in Nezahualcóyotl. She has participated in festivals such as Meeting of Styles, Just Writing my name, and Estadio Azteca in Mexico City; Tu estilo es el mensaje (Your Style is the Message) in Mexico City; Festival Aliados and Humanitas in Oaxaca, Oaxaca; Mujer Libre (Free Woman) in Tláuac; and Mujer Mexican Power (Mexican Woman Power) in Nezahualcóyotl, to name a few. She received a FONCA scholarship to participate in the Center for Contemporary Dance Production (2011-2017). She also held an artist residency at the Centro Cultural Helénico (Hellenic Cultural Center). She has performed her work in Montevideo, Uruguay, and Quito, Ecuador. She collaborated with Ana Harcha (Chile) on the performance “Trama Lana” for the Hemispheric Institute festival. She is currently working on “Ezzéna Akrata,” an interdisciplinary project and director of the urban clothing brand Barrio Mexa.
