MIDEN

I write MIDEN and I’m from Denmark, currently based in Copenhagen.
I’ve been writing on and off since 2010.

My style borrows elements from both old school and new school graffiti. The old school
influence shows in my fillings, where I often use stars, stripes, and similar patterns. The new
school influence is mainly visible in my lettering.

I’ve always been fascinated by
graffiti—how you’re restricted in the sense that the letters still need to be readable, yet you
have to find a way to stand out and make the style your own.
