ASWNG

Aswng (b. 2000) is a visual artist from Tapaz, Capiz. He experimented with different art mediums such as oil, acrylic, airbrush, aerosol paint, and wheat paste posters.

Currently, his works are heavily inspired by the pop surreal movement, local street culture, and the American traditional tattoo design . He sees his art as a visual discussion of the world’s current events, social issues, and his personal struggles.

Previously based in Iloilo City, he is currently a full-time fine artist and tattoo artist staying in Los Baños, Laguna.
