Shauna

Shauna is an Irish muralist and street artist, based London. Shauna’s visual arts practice is grounded in figuration and reflects how self-definition is informed by place. She is interested in questions of unreliable memories, collective social identity, and inter-dependence. Shauna’s recent work investigates the enchanting energy of illumination, a visual investigation of the playfulness of light illusion and a desire to bring a little magic to the mundane. Shauna is an alum of London School of Muralism and a member of WOM Collective. She’s featured in MOS France 23, Off the Wall Prague 22 and events across the UK including Cheltenham Paint Festival, Southend City Jam, Swindon Paint Festival, Whitecross Street Party and Junkyard Jam.
