Rise the Cat

Filippo Toscani, aka Rise the Cat, is an italian graffiti artist and illustrator
In 2018 he received a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Bologna. In 2023 he obtained his master’s degree in Illustration at Isia Urbino. For years, he has been simultaneously dedicated to urban art and illustration by making boards, graphics and murals for different purposes. He uses mixed techniques, from brushes to spray cans, as well as markers, monotypes and scratchboards. He collaborates with several schools and associations designing street art and drawing workshops. He independently creates murals for private commissions and illustrations for books.
