Jamaica is reaching out to the global community for a truly unique beautification project! This stunning island is preparing to welcome artists from around the world joining with Jamaican artists in a shared mission: transforming and revitalizing a neighborhood through art. The destination? The iconic Tivoli Gardens Garrison—a space ready to be re imagined with creativity and vibrant expression.
Just a few blocks away from the more polished areas of any city, the scenery can shift. This contrast is what makes initiatives like the Meeting of Favela in Rio de Janeiro so powerful—where graffiti was reclaimed as a tool for community transformation. Following a similar vision, MOS Jamaica is bringing vibrant street art to the Garrison, aiming to redefine public space.
With countless gray walls and blank concrete spaces waiting to be re imagined, our local organization is working to turn them into colorful, community-focused art. This ambitious effort is being driven by 50 talented artists from around the globe and Jamaica, coming together to create lasting, meaningful change.
Making this vision a reality takes resources. Hosting artists, sourcing materials, and building the necessary infrastructure requires collective support.
